The Rocks Estate

The Rocks Estate is a turn-of -the-century historic estate owned by the Society for the Protection of NH Forests. Many vacation packages are offered in conjunction with the property. Bretton Woods Ski Resort

Terrific family ski destination. Offers alpine and cross country skiing, snowboarding, indoor pool, fitness room, racquetball courts.(~9 miles from Bethlehem)

Clark's Trading Post

There's lots to do at Clark's. Though probably best known for its trained Black Bear shows, you can also ride a railroad, see antique cars, have fun in the water bumper boats, and much more.(~17 miles from Bethlehem)

Cog Railway

Ride an authentic, coal-fired railroad to the highest peak in the Northeast. This 1869 marvel was the world's first mountain-climbing cog railway, and remains the only one still powered entirely by steam. A stop at the summit allows time to enjoy the view and explore the Mt. Washington Observation Center.(~15 miles from Bethlehem)

Conway Scenic Railroad

Experience the beautiful White Mountains countryside aboard the nostalgic Conway Scenic Railroad. Three distinct excursions are available. Reservations suggested.(~34 miles from Bethlehem)

Crawford Notch State Park

Hiking trails and climbing routes abound in Crawford Notch, with dramatic scenery everywhere. Visit the historic Willey House.(~12 miles from Bethlehem)

Franconia Notch State Park

Franconia Notch was home to the famous "Old Man of the Mountain", New Hampshire's signature attraction. Also located there are The Flume Gorge, Echo Lake, Profile Lake, Cannon Mountain Ski Area, and the Cannon Aerial Tramway. An 8-mile paved bike path runs through much of "the Notch". Bike rentals are available at Cannon. (~8 miles from Bethlehem)

Hobo Railroad

Take a ride on a vintage railroad along the Pemigewasset River. Fine dining available aboard the Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train.(~23 miles from Bethlehem)

Loon Mountain

A great year 'round day trip for the whole family. Though well known for it's skiing, Loon Mountain also has many summer activities. Ride the Summit Skyride to the mountain top. Try out the mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing walls, skate park, and much more.(~27 miles from Bethlehem)

Lost River

Explore the caves, falls, and granite passages of this glacier created gorge.(~22 miles from Bethlehem)

Mount Washington Hotel

Mt. Washington Auto Road
